ECT Lead Nurse

About the Role

To manage the ECT service for Devon excluding Plymouth To administer ECT without direct supervision. To provide

leadership and management to the clinical team. To provide evidenced based professional support and advice to the

multi-disciplinary team. To lead and promote education and staff development for the continued professional growth of

the team members and students. To ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care within ECT in accordance with

evidence based professional practice, policies and procedures. Ensure legislation policies and procedures are

implemented. Manages allocated budget and ensures resources are efficiently and effectively used and
