ECT Manager
About the Role
Clinical and Quality Assurance Provide senior clinical support and guidance to the ECT team and wider team. Provide
direct clinical care as ECT service Manager in line with ECTAS Standards. Identify and take the lead in developing
clinical audit and research activity, ensuring effective process for clinical compliance checks are embedded within the
clinical area. Lead on delivering the clinical quality agenda as defined by the Trust. Imbed best practice through
feedback from compliments, complaints and concerns. Promote a multidisciplinary approach in incident analysis, ensuring
that clinical meetings are appropriately multi-disciplinary, and sharing wider learning as appropriate. To be aware of
