ECT Support Worker

About the Role

You must be able to deliver a high standard nursing care using excellent communication and relationship skills

supporting patients with mental health needs. You will support the ECT Lead Nurse in the clinical management ofthe

patients nursing care. You will be actively engaging, observing, reporting and recording changes in the patients

physical, mental health and behaviour. You will undertake a range of routine job procedures that will require some

training but knowledge of personal and social care is required. You must have NVQ 2 training or equivalent experience
