Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to support vulnerable individuals.
• Communicate effectively with supported people for individual care.
• Encourage and provide positive feedback during activities.
• Maintain accurate records using Ark's Information Management system.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Enthusiasm for supporting individuals in their daily lives.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Compensation

Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata, with enhanced overtime rates for additional hours worked.

Location & Schedule

Full-time (37 hours) and part-time (30 hours) positions available across Edinburgh.
