Education, Finance & Workforce Manager
About the Role
The post-holder will play a crucial role in coordinating the operational, educational, financial, and workforce-related
aspects of the Trusts undergraduate education delivery under the UCL Service Level Agreement (SLA). This role sits at
the intersection of medical education and strategic workforce planning, supporting consultant engagement and job
planning around teaching activity. MAIN DUTIES Education Administration Facilitate undergraduate placements with the
Whittington Undergraduate Placement office in line with UCL SLA requirements Liaise with clinical and academic staff to
ensure high-quality teaching delivery Contribute to student induction, scheduling, records management, and feedback
