Education Support Worker (ESW) Student Services, Wellbeing Team 37 hrs per week, 52 weeks per year, permanent £27,151 -

£28,976 per annum The purpose of the Education Support Worker (ESW) role is to support a group of students, defined by

the College as vulnerable young people. This includes students that are currently or have previously been Looked After.

You will join a busy team in our student services Wellbeing team where you will support a caseload of students to engage

well with their education and therefore to have the best chance of being successful on their course. You will work

closely with a wide variety of professionals including our internal college wellbeing and teaching delivery teams as
