We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to undertake a 1-year secondment as Band 7 Team Lead for the
paediatric diabetes nurse team. This is an opportunity to further develop proven leadership skills by offering clinical
leadership, supporting staff development, and driving high-quality, child and family-centred care while working closely
with the wider MDT. This role offers the chance to lead service improvement, innovation, and shared decision-making
within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
