About the Role

MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues

to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients.

The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team who are based across various locations comprising of OH Advisers, Clinic

Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team our main

priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity
