About the Role

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) – Band 8b is a senior clinical leader within CEDS-CYP, responsible for

expert-level care and service development. The post-holder will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage risk

for young people with eating disorders, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Aligned with the four pillars of Advanced Practice (Clinical, Leadership, Education, Research), the ACP will:

• Deliver specialist clinical care, including prescribing and specialist referrals.

• Lead on service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
