About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse for the Emergency Department (ED).
You will be working in partnership with the Matron, to manage and provide leadership to the nursing team in the
provision of effective clinical and operational leadership across the ED.
This role requires you to work collaboratively with the Lead Clinician and ED Manager, as well as the wider ED
Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), to continuously improve and develop the ED.
