To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality care to patients attending the Accident &

Emergency department by assisting the nursing and medical staff in performing clinical investigations set out in this

job description. The post holder will work in all acute areas of the department, responding to the needs of the

department. Reporting to the Shift leader, the Emergency Department Technician will be allocated tasks by the area

coordinator.
