Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP/ECP)

About the Role

Organisational: To monitor, maintain and regularly review acceptable standards of care in conjunction with the ENP Team

and other members of MDT, taking appropriate action if standards are not met. Participate in the development of

policies, protocols and clinical guidelines necessary to support the development of the service Maintain national and

local standards/protocols pertaining to clinical area, taking remedial action as appropriate and reporting deficits to

the A&E Matron / Manager as appropriate. Contribute to and influence decisions regarding service delivery through the

participation in meetings. Ensure the economical use of all resources. Recognise and manage areas of potential conflict.
