About the Role

The Croydon School Nursing and Health visiting service is in the process of transforming to a Public Health Service

(PHN) 0-19 service. As part of this transformation, a new enhanced pathway has been developed with the main focus on the

school-aged Children and Young people to support the emotional wellbeing of the children and young people who attend a

Croydon school and who live in Croydon.

The post holder will be part of the Croydon 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service,taking the main lead on the enhanced

pathway for training and delivery with the outcome of improving the emotional health and wellbeing of Children and Young
