Employability Support Worker

About the Role

We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our team to provide practical support for work led and experience-based

learning for adults with disabilities. Our Employability Support Workers support individuals to gain the skills and

experience to enable them to move to voluntary or paid work and provide practical support, training, and encouragement

so that trainees can build on their own skills and abilities whilst respecting their individual needs and choices. The

role is 3 days a week, hours are generally 8.50am-4pm some flexibility may be required depending on service need. For an
