About the Role

Want to help people with primary care needs issues get back into work (physical or mental health)? We’re looking for an

Employment Advisor to deliver an IPS (Individual Placement & Support) project across Oldham and Rochdale. You’ll manage

a small caseload of 25 clients, supporting them into sustainable jobs. You’ll be mainly outreach based – working in the

community with a partner clinical services, plus local hubs like JCPs, with an office base in Tameside. Full IPS
