About the Role
As an Employment Support Worker based at Enham Trust, you’ll take a coaching-focused, person-centred approach to support
colleagues with disabilities or long-term health conditions who face barriers to employment. You’ll play a key role in
helping individuals build skills, confidence, and independence, supporting them to succeed in their roles across various
departments, including 3PL, gardening, and domestic teams.
You'll work closely with individuals and teams, offering one-to-one and group-based support, tracking progress against
personal development goals, and helping ensure targets are met. This is a hands-on role requiring empathy, adaptability,
