About the Role
The Role
Join our Empty Properties Team as an Empty Property Officer, where you'll play a key role in helping customers move into
their new homes. As part of the Sign-Up Team, you'll coordinate property viewings and tenancy sign-ups, liaising with
neighbourhood officers, customers, and external partners such as translators, Local Authorities and support workers.
You'll ensure that great customer service is delivered whilst following processes. You'll also be the final point of
contact before customers receive their keys - delivering good news and helping them start a new chapter. You'll be part
