About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
This advert is for a 30 hour (0.8 WTE) Band 7 Bereavement Lead Midwife Maternity Leave cover at St Michael’s Hospital,
University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
Applicants will be existing Band 6/7 practising midwives who will lead and work as members of the multidisciplinary team
within the maternity and neonatal services across Bristol and Weston. They will facilitate and provide individualised
care to bereaved families
