About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be responsible for leading the endoscopy pre-assessment and Bowel Cancer Screening (BCS) services within the Belfast

Health & Social Care Trust as part of the senior nursing team. They will ensure the delivery of safe and efficient

pre-assessments for patients prior to their endoscopy procedure and specialist screening for BCS, in order to reduce

cancellation rates and maximise utilization. Provide clear and effective leadership of the endoscopy pre-assessment and

BCS teams in order to meet challenging performance targets at both local and Departmental/PHA levels. Assist the
