About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
As Ward Manager of Medical 3, you will lead and develop our compassionate team in delivering exceptional person-centred
care to general medical patients, some with complex needs, including many elderly patients and those living with
dementia.
You'll be responsible for operational management, clinical leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of care,
ensuring all patients receive appropriate assessment, support, and personalised intervention.
