About the Role

Clinical Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities - Lead the team in the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based

patient care. - Communicate effectively, including in circumstances where communication is complex or sensitive. -

Provide and receive information that may be distressing to patients, relatives or staff with professionalism and

compassion. - Deliver high-quality care in a dynamic environment, ensuring safe use of equipment and resources. -

Administer medication safely in accordance with Trust Medicines Management Policy. - Act as a mentor, supervisor, and

educator to students and staff, supporting competency development. - Implement Trust policies and participate in service
