About the Role

Join our team as an Endoscopy Staff Nurse on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide exceptional patient care across the full endoscopy pathway, utilizing your clinical expertise in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver safe nursing care across all areas of the Endoscopy Unit
• Support patients and families through diagnosis and recovery
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and students
• Administer medications and assist with biopsies
• Participate in the Endoscopy on-call service
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with proven endoscopy experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Collaborative and caring approach to patient care
• Willingness to rotate through all areas of the unit

Compensation

Salary depends on experience, to be discussed during the interview process.

Location & Schedule

Based in London, working 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including on-call participation.
