Engagement Support Worker
About the Role
The role of engagement support worker involves interacting with the older and sometimes younger adults on a one to one
and group basis in a ward area. Resources such as games, books, films, TV, art, crafts, hairdressing, reading and music
are available to enhance the engagement experience. Training will be provided including Trust and ward Induction. Shift
times are during the day; these posts require some weekend and bank holiday working as part of the ward rotas. You will
be ward based and there will be times when you will be asked to move areas to support as needed.
