About the Role

This is a great opportunity requiring compassion, empathy and organisation. The role is to work closely with the

Multi-professional Team (MDT), and under the supervision and guidance of the Coordination and Engagement Manager to

ensure patient engagement with delivery of care to Children and Young People (CYP) and their families. This will involve

being amongst the family’s first contact with the service, and an on-going bridge between them and the

Multi-professional team of clinicians and managers involved in their care.

The postholder will be required to work up to 37.5 hours per week. This is a fixed term post for 12 months.
