About the Role

Midnite is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of five engineers focused on our Casino product. This role emphasizes technical expertise, team development, and fostering a collaborative culture. You will guide the team in delivering high-quality projects while ensuring a supportive environment for growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 5 engineers.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high standards.
• Champion engineering best practices and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product and Technical Leads.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Hands-on coding experience in a dynamic language (Python preferred).
• Strong technical background with delivery-focused experience.
• Ability to provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Experience in building relationships across teams.

Compensation
