About the Role

Lead Full Stack Engineer | Up to £120k + Equity | Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office - London or Bristol)

A fast-growing, tech-first climate company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join its core engineering team

and help shape the future of clean home energy in the UK. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll still write

meaningful amounts of code, while also setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and working closely with

product and design to ensure the right things are built at the right time. The team values strong engineering

fundamentals, pragmatic decision-making, and real ownership. You'll be joining a small, highly skilled group solving
