About the Role

We are seeking a highly committed and passionate English Teacher to join an established English department at an outstanding graded school in Croydon, South London. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach a rich, varied, and exciting curriculum to KS3&4 students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and stimulating English lessons to KS3&4 students
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English department's effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum developments

Requirements

• Degree in English
• PGCE or QTS
• Proven experience teaching English to KS3&4 students
