About the Role

Responsibilities

• Craft captivating and stimulating English lessons for KS3/4/5 students
• Devise and implement creative lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English department's effectiveness
• Stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum developments

Requirements

• Degree in English
• PGCE or QTS
• Proven experience teaching English to KS3/4/5 students

Compensation

Competitive salary based on MPS/UPS Salary Scale: M1 to UPS3, commensurate with experience.
