About the Role
Main Responsibilities Work within your competency and confidence levels, follow national/local guidance, seek guidance
from PN, ACP or GP when needed and accurately document events of consultation appointment on the patients clinical notes
within a timely manner. Urinalysis and preparation of specimens for Pathology lab investigation NHS Health checks ECGs
and appropriately escalate for review to GP for review as per guidance. Phlebotomy The measurement of: Blood pressure
Pulse rate and rhythm Respiratory rate Temperature Height and Weight Waist Circumference and Body Mass Index Diabetic
foot check Chaperoning duties Undertake simple wound care as per company guidelines and be able to (with training):-
