About the Role

As an Enhanced Care Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the Enhanced Care Team, delivering 1:1 enhanced
therapeutic care, personal support, and supervision to meet the additional physical and psychological wellbeing of
patient. Enhanced care and support will focus on patient-centred care giving and holistic activity and care planning to
support the patients changing needs during their hospital stay.
