About the Role

This post holder will work as senior member of the Critical Care team, providing support and specialist advice for level

2 and level 3 patients in conjunction with effective leadership of the critical care team. This will be achieved by

delivering and ensuring the provision of high quality, safe and effective care.

To act as a team leader to maintain a high standard of quality care and co-ordinate the operational activities during a

span of duty.

To make the best use of resources within critical care and develop good practice maintaining high standards of patient
