Enhanced Practice Nurse

About the Role

The Enhanced Practice Nurse (EPN) works as part of the primary care multidisciplinary team to deliver highquality,

evidencebased nursing care. The role sits between a Practice Nurse and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, providing

extended clinical skills, increased autonomy, and leadership within the practice or PCN. The postholder will manage a

range of longterm conditions, undertake clinical assessments, contribute to service development, and support the

delivery of highquality patient care across the practice. Care Homes Responsibilities (Advanced/Enhanced Practice) Able
