Enhanced Practitioner - Inherited Cardiac Conditions

About the Role

JOB OVERVIEW

The post holder will work as an Enhanced Practitioner (EP) as part of the ICC multidisciplinary team (MDT). The post

holder will be a highly specialised inherited cardiac conditions (ICC) practitioner, with sound knowledge of managing

patients with or at risk of an ICC, as well as identifying and supporting at-risk family members. They will work as part

of the ICC nursing and genetic team and will be required to work in close collaboration with the adult and paediatric

cardiology directorate as well as Clinical Genetics.
