Are you a skilled clinical leader who is committed to supporting the workforce? At LSCFT we have an exciting new role of

Enhancing Practice Lead which will support our workforce to deliver safe and effective practice via the use of

supervision and restorative practice.

The post holder will be an experienced and highly skilled, nurse leader with extensive and recent experience in relation

to supervision and will be required to provide leadership and expert advice in relation to supervision and the PNA role.

This role will be the lead for the implementation of the PNA program within the Trust and will hold responsibility for
