About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
This Post Holder will assist with the continuing development of a Nurse Led Epilepsy Service for all adults in the
SHSCT. The Post Holder will be required to provide epilepsy care, advice and support to individuals, carer’s and
professionals and/or assist the individual and their carer’s where appropriate to manage their epilepsy care. The post
holder will be working with service users across the ASC and MHD Directorates.
