About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for operational readiness and service continuity ahead of the EPR go-live. As part
of the governance structure, they will have a focus on risk management and ensure that clinical safety is at the heart
of the Programme. They will play a key role in EPR go-live and stabilisation, providing leadership to clinical and
workforce colleagues. The post holder will be responsible for post EPR implementation optimisation, making sure that all
benefits can be fully realised and operational effectiveness is maximised.
