About the Role
The ESR & Workforce Intelligence Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and secure management of
processes within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) for the Royal Wolverhampton Trust.
Core responsibilities involve maintaining annual leave and change form processes within the ESR system. This will
include undertaking advanced data quality checks and system administration, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance
with internal policies and external regulations, including Data Protection.
The post holder serves as the primary point of contact for complex annual leave entitlement and service history queries,
