Estates Community Team Leader - Multi Skilled

Band 5, Permanent, Full Time

To undertake planned and emergency maintenance, minor improvements, painting and decoration and to carry out the repair,

maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, systems and building structure/fabric associated with premises

administered by Estates Engineering Team Leads. And by agreement with Staff Accommodation Team Leads

The post holder will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient multi-skilled approach to the day-to-day
