Estates Officer - Building Maintenance Works

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Estates Officer to join our Estates and Facilities team at The

Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. This is a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of

the hospital’s building infrastructure and maintenance services. You will lead on building maintenance works, manage a

multi-skilled workforce, and act as an Authorised Person for lifts and other critical systems. Main duties of the job
