The successful candidate shall have a sound, demonstratable knowledge of electrical engineering, associated maintenance
processes, appropriate HBNs and HTMs and other relevant legislation for this post. Be responsible for delegated
budgetary control and be able to work to tight deadlines. Be capable of working on your own initiative and also as a
valued member of the operational team. Have good analytical and problem solving skills, be flexible and able to work
well under pressure to achieve their required objectives for the Estates service and for the Trust. Previous experience
