Estates Officer - Field-Based (North East of England)

About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is field-based and is to cover the Company's Care Homes throughout the North East of England.

We are looking for an Estates Officer to oversee and support the maintenance team in our North East Care Homes. You will

be working closely with the Estates Manager, maintenance staff, Home Managers and Senior Managers to carry out day to

day maintenance on the Groups Homes, their services and grounds in order to ensure that the Groups Homes are maintained

in a safe and efficient functional order both internally and externally.
