About the Role
The post holder is responsible for the monitoring and oversight of operational estates maintenance delivery ensuring
that the complex estate maintenance services of the Trust Estate are effectively managed, safe and of suitable quality
within an environment of competing and conflicting demands. Also to ensure that small-scale construction, refurbishment,
and maintenance initiatives are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, supporting the Trust’s commitment
to safe and effective healthcare environments.The post holder will undertake a wide range of leadership duties
