Job Summary

The role provides leadership and supervision for the EWS Wellbeing & Community Navigation team, ensuring high‑quality

service delivery, safeguarding compliance, and achievement of performance targets. It includes staff management,

training and development, rota and absence management, oversight of complex cases, and accurate use of digital systems

while supporting young people and vulnerable adults.
