About the Role

The Executive Director (ED), Pathology, is an experienced healthcare leader and is responsible for all technical

operational, clinical, and financial performance for BIDMC Pathology. The ED is involved with the oversight and

implementation of a range of program initiatives for BIDMC Pathology to support BIDMC initiatives. The ED will work

closely with the Pathology and hospital leadership to evaluate best industry practices and internal systems, with a

focus on current operations & future growth needs. This position reports to the CAO, Pathology.
