About the Role
Provide Chronic disease management for Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, and CHD/CVD Perform cervical screening and promote breast
awareness Administer adult and paediatric injections Provide adult and child immunisations ensuring full achievement of
targets Ensure safe storage, rotation, and disposal of vaccines and drugs Undertake venepuncture and electrocardiography
Undertake wound care/ management / dressing techniques Provide advice on lifestyle issues, assisting and supporting
patients in changing their unhealthy behaviours and refer appropriately Ensure that current evidence-based approaches to
patient care are standard practice Apply infection control measures when collecting and handling of laboratory
