About the Role

Phoenix Care Staff is seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care in Nursing and Residential Homes. Ideal candidates will have experience with challenging behavior and a Moving and Handling certificate, ensuring vulnerable adults receive the support they need to live safely and with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and daily living support
• Support residents with meals and feeding
• Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling
• Carry out light housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Experience with challenging behavior
• Practical Moving and Handling certificate
• Compassionate and dedicated attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours
