About the Role

You will support the induction, education and development of others, support quality improvement, taking responsibility

for defined projects and appropriately delegate work to, and supervise the work of, Occupational Therapists, Support

Workers, Students and Volunteers as required. You will require effective communication, organisation and clinical

decision-making skills, with enthusiasm and passion for this specialist field. You will provide clinical support and

guidance to OT support workers and OT students. Duties will include being a mentor and assessor for theAgoredsupport
