About the Role

We are seeking an experienced support worker, who can drive. The candidate must be UK based with the right to work (not

somebody looking for sponsorship).

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide practical and emotional support to individuals, helping them access and participate in community activities,

appointments, medication administration, outings, college (if required), shopping, getting involved in activities they

enjoy and daily living tasks.
