About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Officer to support the effective management and maintenance of our

premises, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and service delivery.Salary: Scale 5, Points 25 - 28, £32,241 -

£34,720 per annum.Contract: Full time, permanent.37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and

weekends).About you: Candidates must possess a level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline (NVQ/Advanced Craft

Certificate or equivalent) and have relevant experience. Candidates must hold level 2 qualifications in Maths and

English and be IT Literate to level 2. Experience of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building and services maintenance
