About the Role

The jobholder will be actively involved in providing direct and indirect compassionate care for patients in support of

the multidisciplinary team. Main Duties and Responsibilities Patient Support and Flow Assist with the timely and safe

movement of patients throughout the department to ensure clinics run efficiently. Provide support to clinical teams by

escorting patients as required. Organise and assist with patient transfers between clinical areas. Organise transport

Prescription and Documentation Handling Collect and deliver prescriptions to the Pharmacy located in the Chancellors

Wing. Ensure all documentation is handled securely and delivered promptly. Environmental and Equipment Support Clean,
